EKAM Table Tennis Academy Started at 16 Aug. 1996
EKAM Table Tennis Academy has completed two + years now in Pune.
We have increased our Tables, installed Robot and brought in Advanced Coaches.
We have Physical coach and Nutrition Expert.
Our students had done good job and Academy has organised “GUN GAURAV” – appreciation of students on 13th May 2019 at 1900 hrs at EKAM Table Tennis Academy. Mrs Prachi Rege Expert on nutrition delivered a lecture on the subject and explained what are the good healthy intake and what to avoid. She gave detailed information in easy form which was very useful for all.
In addition International Shooting player Mr Harshawardhan Yadav (age 14) and Natoional shooting coach Mr Ved Prakash also graced the occasion. Mr Harshawardhan talked to children on what is needed to be done to reach international level and what activities he does daily and writes a schedule given by coaches and activities done. Mr VedPrakash informed all what efforts he has taken to win 101 Indian Medals and 36 International medals, He represented India in 55 events. He also explained simple way of mind control by remembering and visualising the best points done today and doing this mental process daily before sleeping. He said this practice helps a lot in preparing for good performance next day.
Awards were given to following students
• Raj Shinde (age 20 Years) – represented Inter-university Nationals in Year 2018-19.
• Avani Damle (age 11 years) – Selected for Kendria Vidyalaya Nationals to be held in June 19
• Shree Lahane (age 15 years) – Selected for Kendria Vidyalaya Nationals to be held in June 19.
